1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NoteLK, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on NoteLK for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software on NoteLK
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Cash on Delivery Only

NoteLK does not handle payments or delivery. All transactions are Cash on Delivery (COD). Buyers and sellers arrange meetups directly and exchange cash for materials in person. NoteLK is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or disputed transactions.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of NoteLK, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Accepting responsibility for all activities under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use NoteLK to:

• Harass or cause distress to other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false or misleading information about materials
• Engage in any form of fraud or scam
• Violate any applicable laws

6. Review and Rating System

After completing a transaction, buyers must leave a review rating the seller (1-5 stars) and providing feedback. Reviews help maintain trust and safety on the platform. False or malicious reviews may result in account suspension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on NoteLK's internet site are provided on an 'as is' basis. NoteLK makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall NoteLK or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NoteLK.
